    My family and I traveled all over Europe last summer on one of those "once in a lifetime" trips. We were gone for nearly a month and we COULD NOT have planned, much less made, this trip without Keith and Kim. They met with us four times in advance talking through each step of the trip and making reservations with us right there on the spot. We visited Rome, Sorrento, and Florence in Italy. Then Interlaken Switzerland, Boppard Germany, London England and we spent the last week of our trip in Ireland. This was a VERY complicated trip with a family of five and EVERY step was researched and planned. We left with a binder they put together for us showing every leg of our trip and directions from one mode of transportation to the next accommodation. In addition to being great at what they do, they've become friends. Really enjoyable folks who will take good care of you in your travels.

    They will guarantee you a discount if you can show proof of a previous insurance policy and then two months later you will receive a letter stating that the discount has been discontinued and that the monthly rate will now be higher than the agreed upon and signed for amount. And don't even think for a minute you'll ever reach anyone on the phone as they answer, immediately place you on hold without saying a word, and then disconnect the call in time frames that range from one minute to thirty minutes. I attempted to fax a letter to them only to have that fail numerous times as the fax line is indefinitely busy...most likely off the hook. This is obviously a fly by night operation that has absolutely no sense of propriety or customer service. If it's this bad now just think how bad it will be should a claim become necessary. Absolute horrendous experience with this company.
